Cumberland Heights

 Chief Financial Office and Construction Administrator, Tim Tull, for Cumberland Heights, a nationally recognized alcohol and drug treatment facility says, “We're very pleased.  As a design-build contractor, they're always looking for ways to bring the best possible result with the least amount of time and money.  As a non-profit, we know that every dollar we get is hard earned.  It is crucial to be responsible about spending it.  Design-build has given us far more for our money than we would have gotten otherwise.  We've saved in excess of ten percent of the original projected cost for the project and gained significant square footage by doing it this way!” Tull went on to say “Once we decided to go with Cardinal, within a very short time they presented us with concept drawings.  Mike has been available, creative and patient throughout this process.  We had no idea that we could have these buildings completed by mid-2007, but that's when they'll be finished.  We'll be using him in the future, I can tell you!”
Liberty Nissan GMC
First State Bank of Gallatin highly recommended CCSI to Roger Bell, owner of Nissan of Gallatin, after a tornado destroyed the building.  Tad Drusky, who worked with Cardinal on the project, said” Elmore's company name surfaced several times in conversation.  We were impressed with his honesty, forthright nature, and the kind of guy he is.  He's intense and passionate about what he does.  It's amazing that he, as the president and owner, was out there a minimum of once a week to look over things and even available for last-minute meetings that require him to rearrange his schedule.  He was here every time.”

Community Child
Care Center

Jim McCloud of the Community Child Care Center calls Mike “a super guy!  He stands behind his work.  He did an addition to our Center.  Several months later, we encountered a surface water problem.  It was caused by a fire hydrant broken off beneath ground level in a traffic accident.   It poured water into the building for about 3 hours before we discovered it.  Mike and his crew came out with a bulldozer in the middle of the night to dig a drainage ditch and sod the area to protect against future damage.”


First State Bank

First State Bank's president, Dan Hawkins, says “He's build three locations for me and is actually remodeling another one.  There are not enough good things to say about Mike.  He's extremely honest, dependable, and pays very close attention to detail.  He's a hands-on guy.  He has an excellent staff too.  I would recommend him the build any type of building”  Hawkins says First State Bank will use the prototype for the Glenbrook location, which was design/built by Cardinal Construction, as their model for all future First State Bank locations.


Martin Luther King Park
